  1. Probably the biggest scam or fraud in Brazil (and internationally) at the moment is the Ecohouse Group.

    1. But are people paid for selling the services, or are they required to sign up themselves, thus paying themselves?

personally I've never heard of any business that ADMIT they are a pyramid scheme (except maybe MMM, Mavrodi's pyramid scheme in Russia) so your denial, well, doesn't really mean anything. :)

      We shall see. :)

    2. the matter is that bbom has part of traditional business franchise, right now they are the number 1 with more than 4000 in brasil, those franchises acquire clients for bbom, every franchise average from 50 to 100 new client per months and bbom provide the tracker device for free with a contract for 36 six months, the pasive income that bbom pays is tied to that client and the affilate will receive that payment 2 moths later when that client pays its first invoice, is not an automatic weekly payment as most people believe, thats why bbom was analized for all presecutors and is almost released for resume working, its business model is viable and they already have a telecom product ready for launch, if you want to be really impartial and get a real credibility go the the bottom not only the shallow waters(( remenber that if a mlm has a product, has affilates and has more clients than promoter to support the company 51% plus of revenue coming from clients not related with the compensation plan is legit business.

    3. Only 51%? If each franchise is acquiring 50-100 clients and gets 1 free, shouldn't the ratio be like 95-99%?

Perhaps a better question to ask is... are people who buy BBOM's service also considered franchises or not?

  4. nope, they are regular clients acquired bye unepxmill franchises, in the examination that prosecutors made this matter was cleared with papers, because unepxmill had 2 millions paying customers before bbom were launched.
as of today unepxmill is the numeber 1 in franchises in the whole brazil according to ABF and the cost of every franchise is from: 60,000 up to 120,000. this is a real legitimate business
