BREAKING NEWS: Uganda called TelexFree "unregulated and unlicensed financial scheme"
Bank of Uganda at a conference named TelexFree and some fraudulent Forex operators as "unregulated and unlicensed financial schemes" that prey upon the poor and the uneducated.
