HILARIOUS: Company not only not terminate affiliate who joined with false info, it paraded him as example to follow

Previously I've highlighted a particular company that basically was daring you to commit (i.e. give it money) in order for you to make money. Its owners claim to be badasses, and wants to turn you into badasses.

What do these badasses know about rules? They sure have some. I'll point you at a particular one:

Or in text form:
b. YOU AGREE THAT BY USING THE SERVICE YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AND THAT YOU ARE LEGALLY ABLE TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT.
Okay, that's pretty clear that in order to join, you agree you must be at least 18, right?

Guess what... they just celebrated someone who's only 12. Not only did he join, he's being celebrated as a "badass" who made $12K in four months with this place. The kid's Jesse Marsma, 12-year old from Holland.

The picture below is the owner of the company, the guy in the black tanktop and surfer shorts (and barefoot) kowtowing to the kid onstage in the US, celebrating him as a "badass" (huge letters in the background).

Details emerged that Jesse did not join under his name, but rather, entered his father's name and age, but he's doing all the work, and thus, will get the check.

That's fraud, kid. Impersonating an adult, joining under false pretenses. This not only violates the terms as specified above, it also violates section 11: You represent and warrant that: (i) you have full power and authority to enter into and perform under this Agreement,

A 12-year old cannot enter into a contract that requires one to be at least 18-year old. That should be obvious.

Yet here's the owner of the company not only admitting that this kid violated the company rules, he's being CELEBRATED for doing so.

Is that really the message you want to present to the world?

But it's clear that its members saw this as "proof" that the company is successful, rather than ethically bankrupt and allowing its own rules to be broken at whim. Within hours, Google search revealed dozens of affiliates repeated the assertions verbatim... that if a kid can make money with this, so can you. None seem to realize (or care about) the contradiction on WHY is a kid allowed to do this in the first place!  Many mentioned that the kid was using his daddy's account, so who's committing the fraud?

So all of these members are celebrating someone who broke the company rules, and was CHEERED by thousands of people, including the company's own president, for breaking the rules.

Confirmation bias at work, folks. Ignore the embarrassing parts, while emphasize the "cheerful" parts.

And they wonder why people are so "negative" on MLM... because they often have shady ethics!
